自分の意志でアメリカ国籍を取得した後、日本への行き来はアメリカのパスポートを使用しますが、住民票を移動して健康保険などに入られた方いらっしゃいますか？
アメリカのパスポートでも入国スタンプがあれば区役所などで住所変更可能と聞いたこともあります。

元日本人であれば問題なく取り戻せますよ。
ただ、米国市民権は放棄してその証明を出す必要がありますが。
そんな面倒なことをするより、日本で外国人として永住権を得るだけで生活には全く不便はないと思います。元日本人であれば、日本人の親の実子であるとか、配偶者が日本人であるなどの資格で簡単に永住権は取れます。

子供が出来るまでは永住権のままでいいと思ってましたが、親権や財産分与などを考慮して市民権を取得しました。
老後もし日本に帰りたい場合国籍が取り戻せるのか知りたいだけです。歳とると日本に帰りたくなるって言うし。

ごめんなさい。
領事館に電話して聞くのが一番確実です。
電話を受け付ける時間は午後1時から3時までの間です。
午後1時きっかりにかけるとすぐにビザ担当の方にまわしてもらえます。
