最近、会社の先輩が腰が痛いから、重たいのは手伝ってといわれます。
それも、仕事場の上司がいないと必ず言ってきます。
タンクの水を持ち上げたり、掃除機かけたり。やりやすいベットに変わってあげたりしています。そして重労働は結構してあげています。
彼女は正社員なのですが、私は違います。
マネージャーがいるときはご自身でやっていますが居ないとかなり仕事やりません。
私はコミッションだけなので、はっきり言って体の負担は同じだし、コミッションの手助けをしてるようで疲れます。
私も自分の仕事で精一杯なのに。
そんなことありませんかね?
