家の名義に関しての質問がございます。
只今 我が家の名義は私と主人になっておりますが、もし2人共に事故又は何らかで亡くなった場合 この家が子供（現在4歳）のものになるようにするにはどのようにしたら良いのでしょうか。
今の時点でそのようなことが起こった場合はローン会社の物になるのですよね?
皆様はどのようになさっているのでしょうか。
宜しくお願い致します。

通常 家のローン分＋α の生命保険を掛けておきます。
あとはliving trust を作成。 これで大丈夫だと思いますが
