先日、オービスで赤信号一時停止違反で写真を撮られてしまいました。
自分の罪を認めると罰金の減額と、トラフィックスクールへいけると聞きました。
とりあえず、チケットが送られてきた状態ですが、返送する前に行くものなのでしょうか?いつ、コートに行けば良いなどの詳しいことが解りません。もし、詳しい方が居ましたら是非教えてください。

５年ほど前に一時停止でその場でチケット切られました。
先にお金を払ってトラフィックスクールに行ったと思うのですが、減額なんてなかったです。

私も去年やってしまいました。後日チケットが送られてきて、もし罪を認めないのならコートに出向きますが、認めてトラフィックスクールも行くのであれば、トラフィックスクール代も含めた金額を送ります。私はトラフィック代も含め＄４８０くらいチェックを送りました。その際には、コートに出向く必要はありません。

私は最近スピード違反やってしまいました。。。３５マイルのところを５１マイルで。。。反省してます。トラフィックスクール〔オンラインでもできます）へ行くと車の保険にそのチケットがひびかないそうです。コートに行くのは”絶対私は悪くない！”と思うときです。でも、もし負けると悲惨です。時間はかかるし、コート代も払うし。車の保険の金額が毎月あがるよりましなので、悲しいけど私はチェックを送りました。

みなさん情報ありがとうございます。
別件で弁護士に頼んでいる事があり聞いてみたところ、やはりコートへ行き自分の有罪を認めてその後にトラフィックスクールに行く事を言う事で罰金が減額になるようですが、あまり詳しく聞けなかったのでとりあえず出向いてみたところ、出廷の予約を取れましたが内容が“PLEA”とされていますがこれはどういう意味なのでしょうか?
