皆さんこんにちは。
今コンドミニアムの購入を考えています。先日から物件探しを始めましたが、物件価格が高くて、高くて驚いてしまいます。しかも８０年代に建った古くて、暗ーいコンドが４千万円以上。。。
でも将来の事など考えても、どうにか購入したいのですが、昨日のニュースでも不動産ブームに陰りが出てきてエージェントは去年の倍の空き物件を抱えていると言っていました。
本当に今買っていいのかな？？と不安になってきました。
今が一番高い時なのではないか？など。
それとは逆にこれからも上がり続けると言っている人もいますし、考えものです。
皆さんはどう思われますか？
皆さんの先見を聞かせて頂ければ嬉しいです。

家を売りに出してます。不動産屋さんはなかなか本当の事をいいませんね。自分でデータを集めたりとかしています。これから値下がりするとしても、急にではなく、かなり年数をかけてでしょう。
今迄の長年のデータからすると、冬はあまり売れなく、春からよく売れるデータが毎年ありますから、来年にならないとはっきりしません。
コンドのような値段なら、アパートに捨て金を出すよりいい場合もありますが。でも、ファーストバイヤーならよく考えたほうがいいでしょう。買い替えなら、前の家が値上がりしているので、必要なら買い換えてもそれほど悪くないという一致した意見が出ています。
オレンジ郡では値段が横ばい、サンディゴでは値下がり、ロス郡では値上がりが続いているデータがあります。ロスは、売り物件数が減ったものの、値段は下がっていないようです。でも、今瞬時のデータは後で出るかもね。
毎日バイヤーが来て落ち着かないですね。
