こんにちは、
今Net Healthで保険に入っています。
これから妊娠保険に入ろうと思い、保険会社に料金を問い合わせたところ、
CPTとDiagnosis Codeが必要ということでPrimary Doctorからいただいたのですが、
Primary Doctorを決めただけで、実際に診察をしてもらったことがないです。
これらで保険料が変わってくるのだと思うのですが、診察をしていただいてないので、
これらはすぐにもらえたりするんでしょうか。よくわかりません。
私は高齢のため、妊娠した場合出産は日本でできればと思っています。
調べてみるとこちらでは妊娠する前に、検査や保険に加入されるようですが、
皆さんどうされていますか。

日本で出産した場合、こちらに戻って来る時が大変ではないですか？ こちらで産んだ方が、お子様は出生証明書、SSNや市民権を直ぐに貰えるので、学校に上がるときには手続きが少し楽になるのではないかと思います。確かに、言葉の通じる日本で安心して産みたいですよね？

日本で出産希望とのことですが、妊娠の時期によってはそれまでの経過がわかっていないため、受け入れてくれない産院もあると思います。ましてや今はコロナでアメリカから来る人々を日本側は受け入れたくない状態の中、リスクを取ってまでアメリカからの妊婦を受け入れる産院は少ないのではないでしょうか?
このような状況下、アメリカで出産となる可能性は十分ありえます。
高齢であれば羊水検査など必要になるでしょうし、妊娠が順調に行くとは限りませんので、カバー率のいい保険に入っておいたほうがいいかと思います。
