当方、某食品会社のＶＰを勤めるものです。
当社では、食品関連でカタログ、フライヤー、商品パッケージ等色々と企画し販促活動に活用しています。今までは、契約ベースのデザイナーに仕事をお願いしていたのですが、
仕事も増えてきて、今後は正社員でインハウスでデザイナーを採用しようかと考えているところです。
実は、当方は大学の頃にデザイン会社でインターンした経験が有り、指導は出来ますが、会社が急成長している為、日常の仕事に追われ、細々な作業は出来ない。だから、社員として近くにそう言う人が居ると非常に有難い。
その際に、この様なデザイナーの月給と言うのはどの程度なのか? ご存知の方居ませんか? 又、ご興味のある方も連絡頂けますと幸いです。
色々とご意見聞かせて下さい。 お願いします。

＞未経験のインターンだったら分かりますけど、＄２０００ってずいぶん低いですね。びっくりしました。
給料として考えるから低いと思える。
年間２万ドル位の仕事を請け負ってくれる人を捜せばどうですか。

見ました。一番安いエントリーレベルでも年俸で３５０００は下りませんね。やっぱりそのくらいですよね。
多分、トピ主さんのさがしてる職種だと、４５０００は出さないと、と思います。
月２０００ドルなんて。。。ちゃんとした人は来ません。あるいは、英語のできない日本人とか、すぐに転職しちゃう人くらいでしょう。

昔グラフィックデザイナーの知り合いがいたのですが、その時に見聞きした経験では、殆どの人は独立していてレップを通して一般企業から仕事を取っていました。
単価はそこそこ高いのですが、何時も均等して仕事がある訳ではないので、忙しい時はメチャクチャ忙しいくせに、一旦仕事が切れると次の仕事がないるまで不安で・・・安定性のない印象を受けました。
おそらく一般会社に勤める人は独立して生活していけるだけの実力や経験がない人が殆どだと思います。
ですので、逆に言うとそれほど高い給料を払う必要はないのでは?
＃２１さんの言うように、仕事内容が良ければ$2500ぐらいでも人材は集まると思います。
