土曜日にスポーツで膝の内側を伸ばしてしまったようです。
アイシングしだいぶ腫れがひいてきたので、鍼に行きたいと思うのですが、上手な鍼の先生をご存知でしたらご紹介ください。できれば深めに刺してくれて、電気を流して欲しいのですが。

あまり鍼はお勧めできませんよ。 一回鍼をやっちゃうと鍼でしか治せなくなるので・・・。 ガーデナのPacifiｃ Sqereにある”てもみん” か トーランスのミツワの近くの イーストウェストカイロプラクティックに行かれてはどうでしょうか？ スポーツマッサージのプロの人たちなので どうにかしてくれると思いますよ。

私は鍼お勧めします。最近中国人の鍼に行きました色々試してみましたが私には今回の鍼の先生はお勧めです。Ｊｅａｎ（３１０）５４３−１２３８場所はＴｏｒｒａｎｃｅとＨａｒｔｈｏｎｅＢｌｖｄの角ガソリンスタンドの裏です。日本の針を使ってかなり深く打ってくれますが痛くありませんでした.丁度良い所で終わらせてくれて結構効きました。電気は私はしてくれませんでしたが､頼めばかけてくれると思いますよ。金額はノーマルで＄６５って言っていました。私は明日の朝また行く予定です。

腰痛の時は「てもみん」に行ってます。
カイロはあんまり合わないみたいです・・・
