■ Eligibility
・ Any individual, group, etc. can enter.
・ One person （ or one group ） may submit as many entries as they wish.
・ Antisocial forces, corporations, groups, or individuals recognized as being related to antisocial forces are not eligible to apply.

■ Entry rules
・ Entries must be video works of 100 seconds or less on the theme of "Let's Go Voting.
・ Any method of expression （ live action, animation, slides with still photographs, CG, etc. ） is acceptable.
・ The work must be an original work created by the applicant and not submitted to any other contest.
・ The work must not conflict with the "Notes" below.
・ If, after reviewing the contents of the submitted work, it is determined that the work does not meet the regulations, it will not be considered for judging and the work will not be published.

■ Prize money
300,000 yen for 1 Grand Prix
100,000 yen for 2 Semi-Grand Prix
30,000 yen for 10 Honorable Mentions
