    日本人がオーナーを務める飲食企業。

    和食・しゃぶしゃぶ・うどん・ラーメン・居酒屋…と、
    日本の良き文化・クオリティをアメリカ国内で表現し、
    各ブランド毎の特色を活かし、日本食レストランとしての人気を確立しています。

    「おいしいものを提供する」ことを大前提に、
    その上で、クオリティを大切にした料理・接客を提供中。
    その上でどんな付加価値をお客様に提供できるか…。
    それを考え続け、２００４年の創業から20年近くが経ち、
    現状では、海外ＦＣも含め運営するフードカンパニーへと成長しました。

    ユネスコ無形文化遺産にも登録され、世界中から注目を浴びる、

    英語が全く話せない状態で入社し、マネージャーとして活躍中の者も！
