来月にＬＡに引っ越す予定の者です。
今はもっと南のとある所の１ベッドに住んでるんですけど、この週末にNorthridgeにアパートを見に行ったんですけど、どのアパートも冷蔵庫が無い！！いいアパート（１ベッドで＄１０００くらいのも）さえも！
ジャグジーとかもあんまり無いし！
今住んでるところだと、基本的にプ−ルはあるし、ジャグジーもけっこうあるのに・・・。
やっぱりＬＡはこっちに比べて土地が無いのかしら・・・？？でも冷蔵庫が無いのは困る！どなたか、安く買える所、知りません？？？

冷蔵庫はベストバイなどで安く売ってますよ。４００か５００ドルくらいです、安いですね。

私も東のとある田舎町から徐々に西方面に移り住んできた者ですが毎度毎度払うお金（家賃）は大幅に上がっているのにアパートの質は落ちるばかりです。ちょっと悲しくなりますよね。
でもまぁ土地が高いという理不尽な一言で片付けるしかないです。。。。
最近のＬＡのアパート事情、どうにかしてほしいですよね。ほんと。

わしはムービングセール（イーベイで見っけた）で３００ドルで新品同様の冷蔵庫を買った。運ぶのがめっちゃいやだった。頻繁に引越しするんだったら、冷蔵庫があるアパートを徹底的に探す価値はあるかも。
町が古いとアパート物件も劣悪になってきますよね。

ノースリッジは今すんでるところに比べて安いです。今のところに２年ほどすんでるけど、周りのアパートはどんどん値上がりしてます。すみ始めるときに探してた金額より２００ドルは上がってる。
冷蔵庫が無いのはかなりきつい。部屋探しに冷蔵庫は絶対条件だったな。
部屋探しのときに、人間が住むようなところじゃないのに６００ドル７００ドルでレントに出してるところとかあって、そうゆうところのオーナーやマネージャーも、「お得物件」みたいに進めるから人間不信になりそうだった。部屋探しだいきらい。
来月引っ越すんだったら、１２月だし、帰国する人が帰国セールで売り出すかも。個人売買を常にチェックしてみてはいかがですか？
なんとなく、夏と冬にムービングセールが多い気がする。（特に車）
