実際にリバースモーゲージを使っている方々にお聞きしたいのですが、使ってみて良かった点、悪かった点を教えてください。

リバースモーゲージについては、以前私も興味があってちょっと調べた事があります。
その時に一番問題だと思ったのは、
ローン金額が家の価値まで行ってしまった後はどうなるのか?と言うことです。
銀行は担保物件より余計にお金を出す訳ありませんし、その時点で追い出されるのでしょうか?
特に不動産価格が下落した場合は、怖いですよね。
後、もし自宅で生活が出来なくなって、ナーシングホームに入るような事態になった場合、その時点でローンを精算しなくてはならない事でした。
死ぬ直前まで自宅で生活出来る場合は問題ないですが、ナーシングホームのお世話になる確率の方が大きいと思うので、その点をクリアにする必要があると思いました。
あまり突っ込んでいろいろ調べた訳ではないので、会社によって他のポリシーもあるかもしれませんが・・・
私も知りたいですね。
