the Unemployment Insurance Help Team has confirmed that what newbie received was a letter notifying her that her File an Initial Claim application was denied due to insufficient past income （ wages ） wages （ and that the letter was not sent by Glitch ）.

However, under the new PEUC September Extension Program, even if your File an Initial Claim application is denied due to insufficient past earnings （ wages ）, you will still be eligible to receive PEUC until September. If the Benefit Year End deadline has been switched to June → September and the WBA has been paid in good standing, then there is no problem.

The Unemployment Insurance Help Team says that there are still some suspicious parts of the system on the UI office side, so we should check if the UI account was accidentally reset or something strange happened （ e.g.: WBA changed abnormally, etc. ） Just to be sure, we should monitor this month He said we should monitor it daily for the whole month just to be sure.

Unless the UI account is acting strangely, there is no need to call the call center now.
