Landlord/ Tenantの方々は私と同じように質問が出てくるかと思います。
ここでは、話を簡単にするために２つのParty Landlord/ Tenantのみとします。
部屋を貸す/借りる際に余分なUtility、ここでは夏限定に必須なA/Cの支払いにて質問があります。
A/C支払いを折半する際に、
1. LandlordがPower BillのBasic Feeを持つべきでしょうか？（夏以外のA/Cが必要ない季節でTenantはPower Bill Basic Feeなしです。すなわちA/C利用しない月はそのBASCI FEEは込み）それとも、普段は1/2のBasic Feeを払わないTenantも払うべきでしょうか？
2. 夏のA/Cが必要な毎月に家を10日間開けると仮定します。この場合、日割りで計算しますか？日割りでない場合は、10日間A/Cを利用しないTenantは、家でA/Cを利用しているLandlordだけが得になります。
詳しい方、アドバイス等宜しくお願い致します。

あまり関係ありませんが念のためにですが、このお話はアパートで契約者をLandlordとしております。Tenantはそこの1室をレントしております。

自分は一軒家をシェアしていました。ユーティリティーに関しては、シンプルに人数で割っていました。ユーティリティー込みで幾らとかで入居している場合を除いて、そうしているところは多いと思います。
夏日本に一時帰国、出張で留守にするなどは、個人の理由であって同居する人達には関係なく、その間の料金を残りの同居人たちがかぶるのもおかしな話だと解釈しますがいかがでしょうか。

肝心なところを明記しておりませんでした。A/Cはそれぞれ持って自身のものを利用しております。
また、Landlordはリビングールームやトイレに行く際の化粧ルームは彼らのものだけが収納しており、tenantはルームのみとなります。
