I am planning to renew my provisional license since I don't intend to get my license yet, but does anyone know if I can do it at Satellite City Hall ？
It is appointment only now and I am hoping I can renew as soon as possible since they are booked up far in advance! .

I am attending a university in California on an F1 visa.

I am currently working in Japan as a part time intern for a company that has a branch office in Los Angeles. 2020 I took a class in the fall semester as part of my curriculum that gave me credit for doing an internship. I am still continuing it as a part-time job. I am going back to LA this week, is it illegal for me to work remotely while being a student in the US with my current company ？ Also, do I or the company only pay taxes in Japan or do I have to pay taxes in the US ？ I have a certificate of residence in Japan. I am confused because some articles on the internet say that I am allowed to work if the money is transferred to my Japanese account in Japanese yen, while others say that I am not allowed to work over there.
