I have been in PENDING status for 4.5 months since I applied for PUEC1 on 10/4, but finally received PEUC1 13 weeks last week.
（ Bi-weekly claim is available while Pending, and claim completed until 2/13 ）
As soon as the balance of PUEC1 became 0, the 13 weeks and after claimed changed from PENDING to DISQUALIFIED.
What does this mean?　？

During the 4.5 months of Pending, I got 3 calls to UI, but the caller said "We are investigating over payment because the company report and your claim are different. Please pick up the phone when you get a call from the examiner.
Here is the timeline

10/4: Applied for PUEC1.　Received confirmation email immediately
*Bi-weekly claims can be made, but all are Pending after Filed （ Claim completed by 2/13 "Pending" ）
2/15: Examination Officer calls and points out Overpaied → Problem resolved 'I expect payment by the end of next week' and hangs up the phone.
2/17: Part of PUEC1 changes from Pending to Processed
2/18: Deposit received minus Overpaid portion, 13 weeks of PUEC1 caught up
2/20: After 13 weeks （ 1/30, 2/6 ,2/13) changes from Pending to Disqualified
**(Open Detail and "Maximum benefit allowable for enter claim is exhausted"")
2/21: 2/ I tried to file a claim for 20 minutes, but got an error message "Your maximum benefit amount has already been paid,If you have sufficient out of state employment , you may be able to claim against Another state" error message appears and I cannot make a claim.

Since I have been PENDING, I was not able to file within the deadline to choose between PUEC2 or EB20. ？ （ I tried to apply for BE20 but I can't apply for EB20 either ）
I have been calling UI all day today and I can't get through. I've been trying to call UI all day today, but I can't seem to get through at all.

When you reactivate, you will receive an email. If you reactivate, you will receive an email with a link to register with hirenet, but at this time you are exempt from this requirement, so it would be best not to do anything unnecessary to keep things simple. When you complete the reactivation, you will be in file untimely status, but you can leave it. This switches to no details after a few days and many people are going through. I don't think it is wrong that you need to reactivate Asumi60.
Let's work a little harder on the ministry.

Thanks for the advice.

I was going to wait for 7 days without Reactive because the Pending was lingering at Inactice Period - Break In Claim Filing, but
I learned that Mahalochan called UI and the problem was resolved. I just now called UI.
As a result, everything is now resolved.

I finished PEUC1 on 12/12 and had already entered the dates 12/19 together, and when I cratered 1/2-2/13 on 2/16, I cratered 12/26 knowing that it would be disqualified （ I was worried that this might not have been good. I was worried that this might have been wrong. ）

The UI staff was very calm and helpful, and they withheld our number in case the call was interrupted.

She held for about 10 minutes to check, then came back and took another 10 minutes to check with her supervisor.
She said that Inactivate should be gone by tomorrow.

I don't know what the problem was, but it doesn't seem to be that I didn't Reactive ？.

Also, some people have been told by UI that the pending status of Inactive will be cleared automatically within 7 days, but when I asked if people in my situation have to call UI, they replied that it depends on each individual case and that I should call them to check I asked if people in my situation would have to call UI to have it checked.

It seems that if you don't call, you may remain in Pending.

Different staff members say different things, and there are many things that are really unclear, but I think the fastest solution is to call anyway and check.

By the way, I always call the UI office's main number, 586-8970.
Android phones have an auto-redial app that automatically keeps calling and can be set to extension 1, which is very convenient. If it helps.
