Compensation, be it salary or whatever, is cheap if anyone can do the job, and expensive if only you can do it. Therefore, I believe that the salary is not determined by the job, but is composed of one's ability, demand, and experience.
In other words, whatever the job is, if it is necessary, if you can do it better than others, and if you have proven that you can do it, you will be paid well for that job.
In other words, how well you master it. Or, how much special niche work you do. In other words, if there is no one else who can do it, and if there is demand for it, it will be higher.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but I'm simply wondering if there are any men in their mid 40's who make $ less than 100K a year ？ I was talking about another case where we were talking about 90K a year, and someone said "a couple makes over ＄ 90K a year in household income" and I was surprised that it's only a couple that makes over 90K. Maybe it depends on the type of work, but I'm surprised that the minimum wage is so high.
