The person who lives across the street from our house has more than 10 cats on the loose and they are very annoying.

* Feces and urine in our yard
* Clawing and damaging our car
* Coming to our yard and making noise at night (fighting and meowing noisily)
* Ruining our yard

They are not neutered and are increasing.
2-3 animals a year are killed by cars.
I warned the owner once, but they are not my cats. I'm just feeding them ！ what's wrong ！ and he was upset.

The Animal Control Services website has a
ANIMAL CRUELTY / NEGLECT INVESTIGATIONS section and they will investigate if you ask, but I think it will end with a warning.

If anyone has any experience with the feral cat problem, has solved it, or knows how to solve it, please let me know.

I know that if you are a US citizen, it is impossible to renew your Japanese passport in the US because you cannot present your green card, but
can you renew your Japanese passport while you are temporarily in Japan for a few weeks ？

Since it takes 7 days from application to receipt, is it theoretically possible to renew my Japanese passport during my temporary stay

When I posted on this forum that I wanted to watch Japanese programs, someone recommended that I purchase the above box, which I purchased from Amazon for about $ 230.
