IPってのはね、
サーバやクライアント、ルータなどの機器はすべてノードと呼ばれている。IPアドレスはノードごとに割り振られた固有の番号で、データのやりとりをする場合に送り先の機器を指定するために使われる。現在、一般的に使われる「IP接続」と呼ばれる方法でネットワークに接続されているノード、とくにTCP/IPを使用しているインターネットでは、世界中のノードすべてが固有のIPアドレスを持っている必要がある。インターネットのネットワーク上のコンピュータには、「255.255.255.255」などのように３桁の数字4つでIPアドレスが表される。LANや専用線などでインターネットに接続している場合は、ひとつのコンピュータに常に同じIPアドレスが使われるが、ダイヤルアップで接続する場合は毎回違うIPアドレスが割り振られる。

で、IP抜かて攻撃されると住所、氏名はもちろん最悪の場合、クレジットカードナンバーまでばれちゃって、悪質ないたずらに使われるよ。
実際、僕の友達が攻撃されて、クレジットカードを不正に複製されて買ってもいない商品の請求書とか送られてきたよ。総額３千ドルくらい。
たぶん＃６６はびびなびのサーバーにクラックインして、モーコのIPをぬいたんだろうから、もーこは早くびびなび管理者さんと自分のプロバイダーにメールいれて自分の使ってるプロバイダーに＃６６が予告ハックするって言って来たって相談した方が良いよ。予告ハックの場合、プロバイダーがちゃんと警察に届け出てくれるから。早く対処しないと２ｃｈに住所と本名まで晒されたらり大変だよ。
