こんちわ。来年渡米します。仕事です。で、すむところをどうしようかと思いまして。以前はＩＲＶＩＮＥとハリウッドに１年住んでたんですが、ハンティントンビーチとかニューポートビーチ周辺がいいかとおもい（仕事場がアーバイン）でも、その辺は当時見に行ってなかったのでどんなところかなとおもいまして。。いろいろ意見きかせてくだそい、

文面お読みしますと、社会人のかたですネ。投資も兼ねて一軒家の購入も視野に入れてみてはどうですか？金利もまだ、とうぶん低いままのようですし、加熱していた市場も少し落ち着いてきてますから、アナタが、渡米される頃は良いタイミングかも？
そうなると、やはりＯＣ。とくに南部（ＩＲＶＩＮＥ，ＭＩＳＳＩＯＮ ＶＩＥＪ）あたりがやはり妥当とおもいます。

南オレンジ・カウンティのあたりで
そんなに古くない（築１０年以下くらい）２ベッド・２バスのコンドっていくら位ですかね？（駐車場も車２台おけるとして）やっぽ＄３５０Ｋくらいしますか？あと別にビーチから遠くても構いません（というかビーチの近くは個人的にはあんまり好きじゃないです。夏にビーチによそからたくさん人来て混雑するから）
