駐在員妻は働けない。

うちの妻はE-2ビザを持つ配偶者なのに、働けません。昨年５月の法改正を受けて、８月にemployment　authorization（i-765）を申請しましたが、９０日どころか９ヶ月たっても許可がおりません。

If BCIS does not approve or deny your Employment Authorization Document application within 90 days (90日どころじゃねえぞ！), you may request an interim Employment Authorization Document.　You must go to your local BCIS office and bring with you proof of your identity and any documents that BCIS has sent you about your employment authorization application（知らなかったぜ。でも聞くところによると、ロサンゼルスオフィスあたりは何日も早朝から並んでも入れねんだって？本人は身重でいかれねえよ。）

何でこんなことに数ヶ月もかかるわけ？永住権も何で何年とかかかるわけ？はっきり言って、BCISって、アメリカ中の馬鹿集めて採用してない？

どなたか、駐在員の配偶者で、employment　authorizationとれたかたいます？

身重でオフィスに並ぶのすら行けないんでしょ、妊婦の奥さん！
なのに働くんですかー？
どう考えても働ける状態じゃないと思うけど？
employment　authorization持ってたって意味なさげ。

私も一瞬＃2さんみたいに思ったんだけど、きっと申請した時は妊娠していなくって、で出産したら働きたいんじゃない？かなぁと思ったので。働きたいのはきっと家々の事情があると思うので、ﾄﾋﾟ主さんに対して回答できる方はしてあげて。
