Vivinavi Los Angeles入国拒否されたら・・・

アメリカに再入国する際、入国拒否されたら、日本に戻り、すぐに観光客としてアメリカに入国することは可能ですか？私は、今OPT中で、一時帰国をして、こちらに戻ってこれるかどうか心配です。戻ってこれない人の話を聞いたことがあるので。戻ってこれない場合、アパートも車もそのままということになってしまうので、せめて観光客として入国してこれらのことをどうにかしなければならないなと思いまして。どなたか御存知の方お願いします。いちおう、弁護士などにも聞いてみるつもりですが、もし経験者の方がいらっしゃったらお願いします。

給料としてもらったなら、四半期に一度、IRSとEDDにemployerが報告。これだと、ばれてる可能性は低いがないとは言えない。
でも、給料としてもらったわけじゃないんでしょ？だったら、支払者は$600の場合のみ、tax returnの付属書類1099に記載してIRSに提出。これなら来年始めまで大丈夫。

レス遅くなってすみません。
荷物は、大手の引越会社の日本側から、アメリカ側の支店に連絡取ってもらってコレクトで全部送ってもらいました。車は、ローン中だったのですが、預けていった知り合いにローン残額を肩代わりしてもらうのを条件に差し上げました。頭金を結構払ったので、随分とくやしい思いをしました。（悲、、）
（自分にとっては、大変な思いをしてるのに、こーゆー時って友達って、ぜんぜん当てにできませんよぉ・・ここだけの話）

ＯＰＴ中は雇用主のレターを持っていても入国拒否されますか？祖母の体調が悪いので、ＯＰＴ中でも戻らなきゃいけないかもしれないのですが・・・。教えてください！
