このトピ以前にも出ていたかもしれませんが、教えて下さい。DELLのLaptopを購入しようと思っていますが、XPの日本語版をインストールすれば、アイコン表示がすべて日本語になるのですか？XPには日本語（英語以外）仕様にプログラムされいるので、わざわざ日本語版XPを購入しなくても、日本語タイプが出来ると聞きましたが、アイコン表示も日本語になるのですか？教えて下さい。

日本語で入力はできるが、メニューとかは日本語にはならない。アイコンは日本語表示されるが、アプリケーションとリンクがきかなくなる。（ファイルを直接ダブルクリックしても開かない。アプリケーションからファイルを開けないとだめ。面倒なので、ファイル名は全部英語に書き換えてる。）
