来年からコミュニティカレッジに行く予定でLos Angeles Pierce Collegeに行こうと思っています。なんでもいいんで知っている方情報お願いします！

あそこら辺はけっこう治安大丈夫ですよ。
Woodland Hillsは家賃もけっこうしますし、人気のエリアです。
Sherman Wayから南と言ってもバレーは広いですからね。一概には言えないと思います。
ベンチュラ辺りは南でも治安は良く、人気です。
住むならPierceのあるWest Valley、Granada Hills、Sherman Oaks、Encino辺りはオススメです。
やっぱり家賃は高いですけどね。
逆にオススメしないのは、East ValleyのVan Nuysや、Panorama City、Sun Valley、North Hollywoodの一部などでしょうか。
私はバレー好きですよ。夏はものすごい暑さですが。
ビーチ、ハリウッド、ダウンタウン、など、いろんなとこがまぁまぁ近くにあるので便利ですしね。
