最近、日本人以外のアジア系オーナーの日本食レストランが増えていますよね。
みなさんどう思いますか? また、「何か、これ変！」とか思ったエピソードなどありますか?

フランスでもこの問題が大きくなり、本物の日本食レストランにはJETRO認定のステッカーが貼ってあるそうです。
何でも偽の日本食レストランが、淡水魚を刺身にして食中毒をおこしたりしたもんだから、区別を付ける為にしたそうです。
日本食レストラン協会（こういうのアメリカにもありますよね?）も本物の日本食レストランにこういうステッカーを配って欲しいですね。
本物の日本食をアメリカに伝える意味でも必要だと思います。

日本人でないのもちょっと???だけど、トーランスにある日本人のレストラン（一応鮨をにぎっているけど、すし屋じゃない）、日本人の客だと、待ってましたとばかり、ぼる！あれもかなり気分悪い！
