結婚取り消し出来ますか

私は、昨年夏に結婚しました。これはどうみても偽装結婚、ビザ目的としか言えない様な結婚です。
私は、日系人です。彼は、F-1ビザです。今、このビザをグリーンカードに切り替えの手続きを行っています。好きだから愛しているから、だから結婚した はずですが、彼の行動を見ていたら到底そうとは思えない。偽装じゃないよ、本当にすきなのさ。といったのは口先だけ、だって半年を過ぎた今でも手をつないだこともありません。結婚式でのキスだけ。そんなの考えられません。もう限界です。この場合、取り消しは可能でしょうか。もし可能ならば、どうすれば良いのか、方法を教えてください。お金がないので、自分でやれるならばそうしたいです。

Annulmentでいけると思います：

性的な交渉が何もないことに関しては、これを根拠に；

Unsound mind: either party was of “unsound mind” or unable to understand the nature of the marriage or domestic partnership, including the obligations that come with it.

The fraud must have been about something vital to the relationship that directly affected why the party who was deceived agreed to the marriage or domestic partnership.
