弁護士が必要になってきたので、日本語雑誌などに広告が載っている弁護士
に依頼しました。
途中経過、結果はもう無茶苦茶、とんでもない目にあわされました。
私の人生、これで終わりというところです。
広告を載せている雑誌側は「弁護士を依頼する前にカルフォルニア州の弁護士
免許、管理をする The State Bar of California のウェブサイトで多くの
情報を提供しているので、確認をしてください」くらい載せるべきだと思います。
３００％納得いかないので The Satate Bar of California には費用
も一切かからないし、一応コンプレインを足りない英語で提出しました
（ダウンタウン Hill & 12th 近く）。
４０日間程待つと調査、審理後に返事がきました。
同じような経験を持っている方はどのようにされていますか。
一番楽な「泣き寝入り」というやつですか?
