今年から不法滞在者でも運転免許の取得が可能になりましたね。
わたしは潜っているので、ＤＭＶから
"birth certificate that is accompanied by apostille authentication and translated."の提出を求められています。
けど、この書類はロスの日本領事館では扱っておらず、日本の外務省に行かないと取得できないみたいなんです。
潜っているけど無事に免許を取得できた方がおりましたら、アドバイスいただけませんか?
領事館が発行してくれるbirth certificateだけでも受け付けてくれるＤＭＶオフィスがあるのでしたら、紹介して下さい。
Hawthorneはダメでした。Comptonとかだと審査が緩いのでしょうか?

日本の区役所で戸籍謄本（かな?）をアメリカまで郵送してもらって、こちらで英訳してもらうのが一般的ですがそれも出来ない??
領事館で発行してくれるの?領事館は英訳だけだと思うけど。
