今アメリカでは、平均の時給が２５ドルらしいですが、
本当でしょうか?
私は肉体重労働で１２ドルしかもらっていません。
保険も有休も有りません。残業手当も付きません。
本当にみんな２５ドルぐらいもらっているのでしょうか?
それとうちの会社は、支払いのチェックの名前が違います。

＃１８、正論ですね。＄２５の統計に、月給何万ドルもらってる多くの人がはいってるかどうかわかりませんが、いずれにしろ平均というのはあまり意味がないと思います。
シアトル市は最低賃金＄１５。NoCalも高いですよね。 貴方が＄１２なのは人のせいではなく貴方の責任。人と比べるより、自分の目標をたて、例えば年収１０万ドルにするには何が必要かを考えて頑張ってね。

私はこちらの大学を卒業しました。 エンジニア関係の仕事をしてます。 時給は$39です。 入社した頃の時給は$22でした。

漠然とエンジニア関係の仕事と書くのは素人考えですね。それではなくもっと具体的にどういった関係の仕事のどの部分のエンジニアなのか詳しく書いてあげるとその時給も信憑性を増すでしょう。
日本人がエンジニアの部門で高給を得るにはリーダー格として何かの研究開発をしていた。英語はまったく問題がない。プラス特別な知識または技術を持っているに限るです。
