In Yamagata Prefecture, there are three locations in Yamagata ・ Yonezawa ・ Tsuruoka.

Nowadays there is a movement to avoid increasing waste as much as possible, and it is important to fix and use broken things as much as possible. It would be nice if we could reuse just some of the parts when they can't be put back together.

They have succeeded in artificial cultivation of amigasa mushroom at the Prefectural Forestry Technology Center in Yakin Town.
I heard that this mushroom is used in French and Chinese cuisine, but this is the first time I heard its name.

If it can be produced in the population, the possibilities will expand.

They will be sold in supermarkets and convenience stores in six prefectures in Tohoku until October 31.
I hope they will be sold all the time, not just for a limited time, because they look so delicious.
