Thank you very much for introducing medicines for diverse diseases.

It may or may not work for some people, but it is all nodding my head.

This sounds like something I would write on a topic in my 70s, but unlike people who commute to work and school,

I have plenty of time, so I always try to do simple exercises

to avoid carrying colds and body problems on my back.

And the same goes for "eat and burn".

I can't remember how long ago I last had a cold.

I'm not a bloke, I can tell you this for sure.

You should stop with Advantage. Medicare is now cracking down on its bad business practices and advertising methods.
For example, ＄ they sing about 0 premium, but in reality, only about 10% of people get 0. They put up scores that say "this" and "that," but they are inevitable for low-income people, and they sing as if it is unique to their Plan. So from now on, Medicare will check the ads and only allow commercials that they approve to run. In fact, if you look at the commercials now, （ they don't always say ） 0.
To begin with, Advantage is abandoning Medicare and giving yourself over to a private insurance company. The private sector is only interested in profit. They may do well when you are well, but when you start to get sick, they will do this and that, just like an HMO. If you leave it to Medicare, you don't have to.
I recommend Medigap （ Supplement ） if you buy it. It also comes with a free gym membership. You will never be denied the medical care you need. You can go anywhere, like a PPO, and you don't need permission to go to Specialist.

My understanding is that the original medecare is public and medecare advantage is private.
