Vivinavi Los Angeles航空券の返金は可能ですか?

年末の日本行きの航空券を買ったんですが、もっと良い条件の航空券が見つかったのでキャンセルしようと旅行会社に連絡しました。
始めはキャンセル料が、航空会社に＄３００で旅行会社に＄１００と言われたので、キャンセル料を払って返金してもらおうと思ったんですが、
後になって私の買った航空券の１つが返金不可の航空券だからキャンセルはできないと言われました。
始めと言っていた事が違うし、買った時の『ticket confirmation and receipt』には、この券はキャンセル不可なんて書かれてなく、キャンセルの仕方は書かれていたので、ちょっと詐欺にあったような気分です。
ちなみにvayamaという旅行会社で、カスタマーセンターはインドみたいで、電話するとたらい回しに電話を転送されるし、みんな言う事が違うので話になりません。
諦めるしかないのでしょうか?
知識のある方、教えてください。

＞私の買った航空券の１つが返金不可の航空券だからキャンセルはできないと言われました。
最近ではないですが５年前位に６月に里帰りのチケットを申し込んで
クレジットカードで支払いました。
事情が出来て里帰りできなくなりキャンセルを申し込みしましたが全額は戻ってきませんでしたが２ヶ月くらい遅れて半額くらい戻ってきました。
私の場合は緊急事態でしたので里帰り出来ないのは納得しました。
せっかく購入したのだから条件の良いチケットに目を向けなくて
使用されてはいかがですか。

ネットを検索していると、その会社に対する詐欺のような報告のreviewsを何十件と見たもので、直接航空会社から購入し直したいと思いました。
突然旅行前日にチケットをキャンセルされなぜか１ヶ月後のフライトに換えられているとか、想像のつかないような報告をかなり見たもので、帰りのフライト出発日まで不安です。
無事に予定通りにチケットが使えるといいのですが。

乗るフライトが分かっていれば再確認を航空会社にして変更されていないか毎日確かめてみれば。
