今、Gardenaでアパートを借りているんですが、、、、
先日２５％以上の値上げのNoticeがありました。
GardenaはRent control対象外なんですかね？
ロスのRent control情報入手方法ご存じでしたら、
教えてください。

うちも去年13%以上の値上げがあってびっくりして調べましたが、
レントコントロールで制限されているのはCity of Los Angelesにあって、
かつ1979年より前に建てられたアパートのみが対象でした。
なので新しい建物は対象外で、涙を飲んだ記憶があります。
引っ越そうにも、入った時の値段がお手頃だったので、
多少条件を落としたぐらいでは元のレントでの物件は見つからず。
なので高いレントで我慢するか、レベルかなり低くして安いところ見つけるか、でした。
痛み入ります。。

自前で調べでは、今現在は完全に貸し手側の市場のようで、
借り手側には何の抵抗手法もないのが判明しました。
要は需給の法則ですかね。
アメリカの偽好景気が原因のようです。
