1ヶ月まえほど車をぶつけられました。相手方の運転手の情報はきいたんですが、車の持ち主は別の人ということが後々判明しました。運転手も事故の後から電話にほとんどでなくなり、持ち主にコンタクトできる要素がほとんどなくなってる状態です。警察も保険会社も対応がおそまつだし、弁護士にたのめば修理代以上に費用がかかってしまいそうなので途方にくれてます。日本でいう探偵や興信所みたいなのを利用して個人的に持ち主を探してみようと思ってるのですが、なにかいいアドバイスがあったらよろしくお願いします。

ぶつけた側はそれなりに責任がありますから、誰の所有の車であろうとアクションは取れますよ？早く警察に伝達することをお勧めします。一応車としての保険はあるのですから、持ち主の保険でまかなうか？保険に加入されてなければ、個人的な裁判になりますからなるべく早くにＦｉｌｅしたほうがいいです。良くは知りませんがちゃんとレポートして貴女に１００％日が無ければ弁護士さんなくてもコートに出向いて判決を仰げるはずです。相手が捕まらなかったらＩＤとか控えていたらコートから派遣された警察官が本人に召喚状を届ける仕組みもあるのですから、頑張って下さい。

コートで訴え時相手の住所を突き止めないと出来ません。相手が逃げている場合現在の住所を突き止めてくれる会社があります。HUNTGROUP ６１９-４４６-６９８８に連絡されればカリフォルニア内だと探してくれます。費用は２０ドルくらいだと思います。加害者の確実な住所を突き止めSMALL COURTにいかれることおすすめします。がんばってね。
