アメリカで仕事をするためにビザを取りたいと思います。
H1Bビザが一番良いのですがスポンサーしてくれそうな企業がありませんので、E2ビザで行きたいと思います。
そこで日本食のレストランが比較的簡単（他と比べ）と聞いたのですが、ホントでしょうか?
又、現在どれほどの資金を用意しなければならないのでしょうか?
レストランにする場合の方は一から始めずにできれば既に営業しているものを買い取ることを考えています。
最終目標はグリーンカードです。
他にもアドバイスがあればお願いします。

Ｅ２のハードルはとても高くて、最低３０万ドルの資本金と最低１人か２人のアメリカ人を雇用が条件。居抜きならそのレストランがアメリカ人では経営できないこと（日本食だとか、ラーメン屋だとか）を証明できないといけません。加えてそのレストランを経営できるだけの実績が日本であったことを証明するものが必要（雑誌に紹介されたこととか）。弁護士に相談してください。資本金がちゃんと用意でき、元のレストランの買取が済み、雇用契約も済んでから、書類を用意しますが、うまく条件に合致してもビザ取得費用はおそらく２万ドルくらいかかります。
