E1ビザを取得予定です。
弁護士さんの話では初回申請時は2年間しかおりないとのことです。
2年後に更新手続きをするときに市民権またはGC保持者を雇用していないと却下される場合があると聞きました。
E1またはE2をお持ちの方で従業員無しの会社でビザの更新が出来た方がいらっしゃいましたら教えてください。
よろしくお願いします。

更新以前の問題として、今からEビザを取得するにあたり、アメリカ人の従業員がゼロでビザが取得ができる、と弁護士さんは言っておりますか？
Eビザは原則的にアメリカ人社員を雇って納税する、そしてアメリカに貢献する、ということが前提になると思うのですが。。。
ビザは書類が完璧であれば5年くれます、そしてi-94のステータスは2年です。
