livedoorに組み込まれたskypeと同じサービスだね。ポイントを稼いだり買ったりすることで利用できるっていうサービスはいろいろあるよ。

PC同士の話だと思いますよ。PC→電話の国際電話でポイント制なしの完全無料はなかったと思います。と言いながら聞いてないだけで在ったりして。

知人の親がパソコン出来るので両方ネットに接続の状態で無料で国際電話をかけていました。カメラを利用して、テレビ電話みたいな感じで会話しているそうです。片方は普通の電話機でも会話出来る時代到来だといいですけど。

asyureiさんのいっているのはIMの音声バージョンでしょう。それだとIPフォンにはかけれないですね、今のところ。０５０のものには。
PC同士ならいくらでもできますよ。お互いにオンしていれば地球上のどこにいても。
TV電話はできるし、PCに受話器を接続して電話のようにすることはできます。
