2ヶ月前に、軽い気持ちで某スポーツ
クラブの契約をしたんです
その後、あまり行かなくなったので
解約しに行ったら、契約は2年なので
2年分の会費を払わないとダメだって
言われました。今はシブシブ通ってますが、同じような経験された方の
話が聞きたいです

もし、契約した時に 2年契約だとGYM側は言ってますか？もし、言ってなかったら解約できると思います。

さてこのケースは珍しくありません。
入会された時の契約書をよく読んで下さい。
読まれるポイントとしては、契約の締結期間についてと契約解除についてです。
入会等の契約締結の維持を目的とする契約書の場合、必ずそのため十分な検討期間を保障するため、契約締結後、正規入会までの間、一定の熟慮期間を設定したり、入会後、一定期間内の離脱（無条件契約解除）の自由を認めるなど、いわゆるクーリングオフ制度を導入しています。 その期間経過後は、同意したとみなし、解約に当たっての条件が記載されています。もちろんその契約書にサインしたということはそれに同意したとみなされます。
但し、正当な契約解除に対する解約ぺナルティは禁止されております。
事情を推測しますと、正当な自由として認められないと思われますので恣意的・一方的な解約権は認められないと思われます。
