Vivinavi Los Angeles離婚後の永住権更新

正当な理由でアメリカ市民と結婚したものの（結婚詐欺ではない）、
アメリカ市民側が原因で結婚2年以内に離婚する事になりました。
現在2年限定の永住権ですが、離婚しても10年の永住権に更新する
方法があるようです。
同じような更新の仕方をされた方、またオススメのimmigration firm
弁護士がいらっしゃれば、情報シェアお願いします。

昔はなかった条件付きの永住権が出るようになったのは
あなたのようなケースに対応するためですね。
結婚が条件で永住権が出るのですから、条件が消えて
いないうちに婚姻が破綻すれば、資格もなくなるのが
基本です。
帰国が自然のなりゆきでしょう。

離婚の原因によります。私は結婚1年半で離婚しました。離婚の理由は旦那の暴力です。警察を呼び証拠もあり裁判所からの有罪判決もありましたので、10年GCの更新は無事できました。でも、証拠集めなど移民局を納得させるだけの証拠がないと難しいと思います。偽装結婚して2年で離婚する方もいるでしょう。面接も結婚当初はもちろん2人で行きましたが、更新用に面接が要求され1人で行きました。優しい感じの面接官でしたがかなり色々聞かれましたよ。あと、皮肉なとこに今ここで大騒ぎになってる某弁護士さんに頼んで書類を作ってもらいました。4年前かな?あのころは彼もちゃんとお仕事されてたようで私は問題なく更新できましたが。。。

真剣にアメリカで住もうと考えているのなら
気楽にここで聞くよりちゃんとした所で聞いた方が良いのでは。
電話相談は無料だから。
信頼できると思えば事務所に行けば良いので。
こんなところで気楽に相談すれば
結婚詐欺ではない、と本人が言われてもちょっとどうかと思います。
