最近年のせいか、会話や人の言ってることの意味が聞き取れなくてこまります。
UTBの予備校のCMで、
① あなたがもし早慶、上智等を狙っているとしたら、SATうんぬん…、そのあと、
② あなたがもし早慶、上智を滑り止めにしたいのなら、SATうんぬん..
と校長先生が言っています。ふつう条件づけする場合、「この場合はうんぬん、またあの場合はうんぬん」と条件も結果も違うことを言うと思いますが、①と②のうんぬんは同じことを言っています。
本命で狙うのと滑り止めで受験するのとなにが違うのですか?
また、どなたかこの校長先生のおっしゃっていることを、噛んで含めるように翻訳をしてくださるかたはいらっしゃいますか?
CMのたびに耳を皿にして聞いているのですが、理解できません。気になって仕方ありません。
