It is impossible for your child to get a 2 year provisional green card.
The 2 years is only provisional, not a real green card, and it takes 1 year to apply for a real green card after 2 years, and then after you receive the real green card, you can start applying for your child's green card, so you should allow 4 years for your child to get a green card!
My in-laws are very kind. My sister-in-law applied for the same thing in 2015 and it took 4.5 years.
