Last month, an acquaintance came from Japan.
I went to many restaurants with my Japanese vaccine certificate.
We went to Chinatown, Waikiki, Kaimuki area, Pearlidge, Kahala,
and many other places.
They wanted to know the date of the second vaccination and the manufacturer of the vaccine, and although there was some English notation, the paper size was different from Hawaii's.
Some of them were confused for a moment. But when I explained it to them, they were OK everywhere.
Not only restaurants, but also leisure facilities and tourist facilities required the presentation of a vaccine passport, but we were able to enter with a Japanese A4 size certificate.

I was told to contact CCH if I need help with rent for December, but they said they can't do it because they don't have the funds. I am working shortened hours and am in a difficult situation.　I applied for EBB for utility assistance and was able to get help, but the phone company did not respond properly and it expired. I had a payment plan set up and have been paying it little by little, but they are adding late charges every month.

I guess I've been lucky so far. It must have been a miracle that there were so many jobs in Hawaii if you could speak some English.
