最近、日本のフリーウエディングプランナー達がハワイウエディングのプランニングを行い、FACEBOOK等に写真をたくさん掲載しているケースをよく見かけますが米国の就労ビザは不要なのでしょうか？現地スタッフが実際は働いていて自分はプランニングと指揮をとっただけという抜け道のような屁理屈のような理由を盾にしているようですが、厳密に言えば、これは不法就労に当てはまるのではないかと思います。ハワイで働きたくても就労ビザを取得が困難なために泣く泣く日本に帰る人や、取得のために大変な努力をしている人を多く見かけてきただけに釈然としない気持ちです。我が者顔で、ハワイのウエディングプランナー代表のようにして、HPやSNS、雑誌までも出てしまっているようですが、就労許可（ビザ）もないまま公に出てきてしまうその意識の低さに驚いてしまいます。こんなことが許されていいのかと疑問に思います。
