H1b申請しようと思います。弁護士を雇ったほうがいいのでしょうか？自分でやったことある人って聞いたことありません。もしやったことある人いたらアドバイスください。またいい弁護士知ってたらおしえてください

とても素人ができる申請ではないと思います。 H-1Bは、単に申請書を記入して移民局に提出する、という訳にはいきません。 労働省にLCAと呼ばれる書類を出して、OKをもらったり、申請したいH-Bの職種が、その地域では、平均でどれだけ給与をもらっているのか、を移民局から決められた情報源で調べなくてはなりません。弁護士を雇うことをおすすめします。
