豚の角煮を作りたいのですが、こちらではどの部分の肉を選んだらよいか分りません。豚バラ肉ってこっちにもあるんでしょうか？

ビターさん。チャイニーズのスーパーでも豚のバラ肉売ってるの見た事ありますよ。多分アジアン系のスーパーならどこにでもあるかも。
sedさん。角煮ではまだした事ありませんが、私はコーラ煮よく作りますよ。煮ていると灰汁が凄いですが、出来上がりはとっても美味しいです♪

でも９９の豚肉って煮ても焼いても何してもなんか臭みが取れない！！
あれ以来、肉と魚だけは日系スーパーで買ってしまう・・・・。

皆さん、おいしそうなレシピの情報までありがとうございます。やはりアジアン系スーパーなんですね。有難うございました。ちなみに私は角煮には最後に水あめを入れます。汁がトロ〜っとして甘味にこくがでます。

９９って、もしかして、僕が大好きで良く行く大華超級市場のことかな？？
あそこのお肉はやばめ系のもの以外は別に普通に調理して食べてるよ。トリ、ブタ、牛挽肉とかね。角煮用のお肉を買ったこともありますよ。あそこは、魚介類が新鮮でおいしいと思いませんか？
