カリフォルニアのコミカレから４大にトランスファーしました。夏休みで日本に帰ってる間に、日本に新しいI-20を送ってもらうことになってたのですか、アメリカ帰国まであと残りわずかなのに、届きません。I-20なしでアメリカに入国する方法、ありませんか？
困ってます。なにかご存知の方、教えて下さい。

４年制大学に編入するなら、そのI-20を待つほうがいいと思います。アメリカに戻ってくる日を変更する事をお薦めします。
今の移民法では、無茶な事すると取り返しのつかない事になりますよ。

無理ですね。トランスファーなら前の学校のでも行けるんじゃないかな？期限が切れてないならね。

観光ビザで入国してしまったら、学生ビザに戻すのに、相当な時間がかかります。
無茶な事はやめて、おとなしく I-20を待つ事だね。
トランスファー前のI-20で、バーコード付きだったら、入国出来るよ。
その場合は、新しい学校にトランスファーした事を移民局に提出してもらえば問題ないです。

前の学校のI-20はありますが、バーコードはついてません。その場合はもう、使用できないんですよね？

８月１日から、バーコードI-20のみしか入国できません。ですから、とぴ主さんのお持ちのI-20は無効です。
新しいI-20を待ちましょう。
航空券はいくらでも変更可能、でも、無茶して入国したら、変更は不可能です。貴方の身の安全の為、そして、今後の為、無茶はしないで、お待ちなさい。
