仕事の関係で４ヶ月毎に日本とシリコンバレーを行ったり来たりしています。家賃が高いの毎回 Craigslist かビビナビで
短期の住まいを探しています。部屋を貸している人はいい人が多いのですが、中にはなんでも請求してきたり、高圧的な人もいます。
そこで、いい家主の見分け方みたいなもの、またはこういったタイプの家主は避けてますみたいものがあれば、
教えていただけないでしょうか？
ちなみに私は「高齢で家賃収入しかない家主との同居」は避けています。過去６件のうち３件がこのタイプでした。
なぜか全員女性です。米国人1人と日本人2人で、米国人が一番まともでした。仕事もしていないのでずっと家にいますし、
日本人の２人はテナントをよくみていました。その日本人たちは客観的にみてかなり寂しい生活をしていてストレスが
溜まるせいか、ふとしたことで高圧的になりパワハラも受けたことがあります。お金にもかなり執着していました。
普通に考えて高齢者と暮らしてもあまり楽しいことはないので、避けています。
何か他にあればなんでも是非教えてください。よろしくお願いします。
