I think you mean download the Transcript of your last 5 years tax returns from Get Transcript
on the IRS site and certify that you have no outstanding income tax
etc.

Once you create an account, you will be able to download a record of your tax return filings for the
5 years from 2016 to 2020 by selecting

I rescued a dog from the Humane society and it has been neutered there.
No problem.
Or Aina haina pet hospital also does neutering for a reasonable price.

I'm King Street now, but I've had both Blue Cross and King Street neutered, since I have four of them.
My impression is that they are both the same. Both were nice and friendly. But the prices were so different that I wished we had all gone to Blue Cross.
One of them went to VCA for medical care, but it was too expensive and I couldn't continue. I was very happy with this place too, but....
The care club was also quite expensive since my dog is a senior. We ended up going to King Street now.
