You can apply from Hawaii, but if you are entering the country as a tourist, you may be in trouble if your reason for entering the country is false.
I have heard that military personnel can get a VISA through the military earlier than usual, so I can't say for sure, but if you expect to wait more than 6 months between the time you apply and the time you get your VISA, you don't have to wait until January. ☺ By the way, I applied for a 10 year green card right after I got married because of the Corona disaster, but it took me 2 years to get it, so I got a 10 year green card from the beginning.

Kan, it depends on the immigration officer who does it. Sometimes they issue a conditional one because it's still less than 2 years old administratively on the date you apply, and sometimes they issue a 10 year one because
okay, fine. So saying it will take a long time to get it doesn't necessarily mean you'll get a 10-year one. This is all luck.

You should reissue the card if you think it will cause you personal inconvenience, but if you don't think it is particularly necessary until the time of renewal, you can simply notify us of the change of address by email.

Thanks for writing. I wanted to reply, but it was like sending an email and I'm not sure how Vivinavi works, so I'll leave it here.
We did not have Liability, but had insurance on the rental car itself. The receptionist told me Liability was optional. That's not right either. This is a rental company with quite a lot of stores. We did not call Police. We had just come to the US and had an accident and were panicking.
The other driver was from Korea, but I don't know if he was in a hurry or what, but we didn't call them.
I have looked into credit card insurance and company insurance that would cover this accident, but I seem to be at a loss. We are still in the process of negotiating the amount.

Kapolei pet hospital in Kapolei has a Japanese vet.
I think there are some in the Waikiki area, but the only one I know of is in Kapolei.

Good news.

BILT credit card arrived in less than a week （ Heavy as Amex Black card ； ）

HOAFEE has also been processed for automatic debit ！

It will be automatically debited from April.

Even though it is a credit card, it has a routing number and account number just like a bank

I am so happy that I can have automatic debit for HOAFEE as well as for rent.

I am looking forward to seeing how much frequent flyer miles I can accumulate by using this card as my main card ♪.

I joined BILT with a regular Rent payment, but I will record it for future reference.

Payment is via a platform called Appfolio.
The payment is made via ACH because it is not BILT Alliance.
When I entered my account information in Appfolio, I entered my First Name, Last Name as Account Holder and Checking as Account Type as Personal Account.
By the way, when I asked this question in BILT chat, I got a reply in seconds. I was surprised at the speed and accuracy of the reply.
Since I activated BiltProtect, I think it is treated as a Debit payment and will be deducted directly from my bank account.

And I just received a notice from both Appfolio and BILT that the payment has been processed. I was nervous because it was my first payment with BILT, but it looks like it went through.
Appfolio has recently started taking the ACH fee ($ 2.49€), which was not covered by the BILT fee waiver, but was charged here.

Minimum use of BILT （ 5 times ） but I will digest 4 times, excluding Rent payments, in small amounts for me （ because I have other main cards ）.
For example, Amazon gift card charge can be done from $1 per transaction （ It seems to start from $5 if you schedule it ） .
If I can't make very small purchases, I'll charge them to Amazon while I digest the frequency.

There seems to have been an information leak at Wells Fargo, the card issuer, around last year, but it seems to be under control now.
Just to be safe, I have set up my Wells Fargo online account so that I will be contacted when I go online or $ spend more than 10.

I will figure out how to use the points now.
Will I transfer them to airline frequent flyer miles, and if so, which company, or use them as BILT points for travel? etc. etc. etc.
Not very efficient, but they can also be used for Amazon purchases （ Not very efficient since the redemption rate is 0.7%, i.e. 1000 points are worth $7 ）.

So I will use it patiently.

My HOA company automatically deducts money from my BILT because they don't charge me a fee by doing an automatic deduction.

It's mutually beneficial for both renters and homeowners to make referrals because the person making the referral is happy to do so.
