Vivinavi Los Angelesグリーンカード申請時のことをお伺いしたいです。

現在グリーンカード申請中であり、同時にアドバンスパロールも申請していて待っております。アドバンスパロール取得後に家族の病気等もあり、日本に一時帰国、そしてアメリカ再入国を考えております。（そんなに長期でなく1週間～2週間）その際にグリーンカード申請を却下されてしまう可能性はあるのでしょうか。インタビューを待った方がいいのでしょうか。悩んでいます。宜しくお願い致します。

GCやビザに関しては本当に個人差があり、たいした理由もなく却下されたという話もよく聞きます。
なので、ここで大丈夫といわれたら大丈夫という問題ではないと思います。
悩むのなら専門家に相談、それでも不安なら、何があってもGCが取れるまで出国しないことです。

GCが取れるまで出国しないほうが良いですよ。
アメリカから出国して後日入国する時に入国審査官に難癖付けられて別室送りの可能性がありますし、
また出国したことにより移民局でのGCプロセスにおいて問題になり申請却下になるかもしれません。
入稿審査官や移民局職員によって対応が異なるので、同じように申請しても違った結果が生じるのです。
なので運・不運はその時の係員・職員次第となります。
専門家・弁護士に相談しても無駄です。
彼らに入国審査官や移民局職員をコントロールすることは出来ません。彼らにとっても審査次第ですから。
むしろ入国出来なかったり申請却下になったほうが、彼らにとっては仕事が減って好ましいかもしれませんね。

移民局の職員なんて、こっちのDMVとか郵便局の職員と同じようなかんじじゃないのかな。
